Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

With regard to the audited results for the year ended 28 February 2010, shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements will be distributed to shareholders and published on Datatec's website (www.datatec.co.za or www.datatec-group.com) today, 20 July 2010 and contain no material modifications to the group audited results which were announced on 13 May 2010.                                
                                                                                
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Datatec shareholders will be held at the Sandton Sun Hotel, Cnr. 5th Street and Alice Lane, Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa on 11 August 2010 at 12:00 to transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
