Logicalis Group Limited ("Logicalis"), the international IT and Communications services provider, has doubled the size of its German operation with the acquisition of Minters GmbH ("Minters"), a German Cisco Systems ("Cisco") Silver Partner.  Minters is a Cologne-based ICT solutions integrator with a 10 year history.

Minters will be integrated with Logicalis' existing German operations.  The enlarged Logicalis German operation will become a substantial mid-market focused ICT integrator and will provide a platform for further growth in Germany.  With headquarters in Cologne, it will have a strong presence in both the North Rhein Westphalia (the largest economic area in Germany as measured by GDP) and Berlin markets.
