As at 31 August 2009, the Company had 176,103,408 ordinary shares in issue of which 963,194 are held as treasury shares. As at 28 February 2009 the Company had 175,546,100 shares in issue of which 1,155,137 were treasury shares.

The percentage of the Company's securities held by non-public shareholders at 31 August 2009 was19,6%.(28 February 2009: 8,3%).
