Datatec, the international Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Group, will announce its Interim Management Statement* (IMS) for the period from 1 March 2010 to 30 June 2010 on Thursday, 15 July 2010.

The announcement is expected to be published on SENS at 08.00am SA time / 07.00am UK time.

Jens Montanana, Chief Executive and Ivan Dittrich, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call to review the statement and will also participate in a Q&A session.
 
The call will begin at 10.00am SA time / 09.00am UK time on Thursday, 15 July 2010.

*An IMS is a statement that the UK Financial Services Authority requires UK companies fully listed on the London Stock Exchange to issue during the first six-month period of the financial year and another statement during the second six month period of the financial year. 

Although Datatec is listed on AIM in London, the Board had decided to publish IMS statements in order to provide the financial markets with regular update on the Group's trading performance.  The Group publishes its IMS statements in January and July each year.
